Our search for our home was not an easy one… most are not; however, we had one amazing key thing that most do not- and amazing REALTOR®. Tommy Reid went so far above and beyond what any other REALTOR® would have it’s unfair to compare. He pulled up ;listings… researched them… called and got inside info… and only when he was sure it would meet our needs would he call me… so he wouldn’t waste our time looking through houses people were just looking to unload. Even then… he would walk through with us continuing to check and verify the house was good enough for us… pointing out possible pitfalls and costs down the road. He had no problem driving an hour away to look at a house I wanted… and was great when we needed to bring our kids along… often he had crayons and coloring books to occupy them.
